There’s so much happening here at the moment..
My Uncle is in hospital with cancer… everywhere..
He’s had chemo and tolerated it well.
I think it’s a day by day thing with how he is.
Somehow I am losing weight!
A huge 1.6kg this week and I am mighty impressed with that!
How it has come off is beyond me…
Maybe something in life is agreeing with me!!
We have had the kitchen, dining, lounge and hallway painted.
I’ve visited my Daddy…
I’ve visited my Uncle…
I used my treadmill!!
And aim to keep it up!
Took the dog for a walk – actually, she took me!!
I’ve so much buzzing around in my head that sometimes, trying to weed things out can become too hard and I go “Oh bugger it”!!
On the weight loss area:
I was pretty dang pleased to reach my first goal.
It took a bit longer than I wanted it to, but I hope that means it stays off !
I am now on to goal number two, which is to get under triple figures!!!
And with this week’s loss, I am sure it will happen pretty soon!!
Just need to pull my finger out and stick to it!!
I know I can do it !!
But given more support to me by my loved ones might just help me!!
Sorry it’s a pretty boring post I guess and not at all written well… but I really just had to get on and post what I have been up to.
And I just wanna say…
I AM HERE FOR A GOOD TIME!!!
